At Morganʼs we slice our smoked brisket to order. Smoked brisket will always be at its best immediately after slicing. But if you follow the steps below you will come pretty darn close.
To re-heat our smoked brisket: We recommend leaving it in the foil-wrapped container. Place in a pre-heated oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. We donʼt recommend a microwave but if there isnʼt another option, replace the foil with a moist paper towel, reduce the power setting by half, and heat to the desired temperature in 30-second increments.
